Located near Civitanova Marche, Malvestiti House is conceived as a low-lying pavilion, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscape. The exterior is clad in large cast-iron slabs, interrupted only by a monolithic concrete volume that extends westward, defining the architectural identity of the residence.

This exposed concrete block encloses the living area, spatially distinct from the rest of the house. Inside, a multifunctional core integrates a fireplace, TV cabinet, and concealed storage, optimizing functionality while maintaining a fluid, open-plan layout. The teak flooring extends from the living room to the covered terrace, reinforcing the continuity between interior and exterior spaces, culminating in a heated jacuzzi overlooking the private garden.

The sleeping area is deliberately secluded, offering a more introspective atmosphere. Wooden ceilings, dark paneling, and strategically placed skylights create a warm yet intimate environment, enhancing the bedrooms, bathrooms, and private studio with carefully curated lighting and material contrasts.
